Within 30 minutes of discovering a leak in my loft, Yiannis had arrived and had fixed the leak. He also noticed another problem pipe and replaced it for free. He was professional/polite and also guarantees his work for 1 year which is very rare and shows the quality of his work. I will be using his services in the future and will be recommending him to friends and family.

Yiannis done an excellent job of fixing our boiler. He visited us within 1 hour of calling him and diagnosed the problem. We needed 3 parts for our boiler. So he decided to start with the cheapest part first so we wouldnt have to spend out any unnecessary money. Unfortunately for us our boiler did require all of the parts. So he can back 3 times at no extra expense to fit the 3 individual parts. He done a fantastic job and worked quickly. Our boiler has never been so good. We cannot thank him enough!

This is not the best time of year for your boiler to start playing up. A call to SKAN late in the afternoon and Yiannis came round 90 minutes later to sort it out. Brilliant service. This is not the first time we have used SKAN and once again he did not disappoint. Thankyou. Dave
