We are recent new buyers of our house and we took on this company as they had installed the boiler for the previous owners. Service started off good, but after having dealings with the actual owner we experienced a vast dip in service due to overpricing, unnecessary charges and unprofessional behaviour. Please beware when using this company...you can get much more for your money elsewhere.

Really personable service, I have a rental property that they have helped with plumbing issues and were really polite to my tenant.
They have also installed a new boiler system, water softener, plumed a new kitchen and bathroom in a extension we built on our home. I can’t fault them, really good at explaining issues and finding cost effective solutions and always quick to respond. Thanks guys!

I called Redmans,S to a lovely lady who assured me they would try and assist with the work I wanted carried out at short notice. She called me back within five minutes and a gentleman named Ed came out the next day. He was very efficient, cleaned up after himself, polite and professional. When the next part of the work needed to be carried out. I called again and Ed popped out that morning. From speaking to the lady on the phone and dealing with the engineer directly. I can't ask for better service. Many thanks 5*
