Excellent job from Louis at London & Herts Plumbing replacing a hot water tank. I had a prompt reply to my original enquiry and an accurate quote was given. Louis always arrived when he said he would, was friendly and personable and kept me informed about everything he was doing. He is very organised and tidy in his work. He also addressed any questions  and concerns. A very good experience overall and highly recommended!
