AGR changed a bedroom radiator for me. Andy calculated the size required to replace the obsolete radiator and also reworked the damaged microbore pipes that had been previously damaged by double glazing workmen. He did this by fitting 15mm pipes onto the radiator and reconnecting these under the floor panels. The result looks very smart and is a lot more robust. Andy completed three jobs for me previously - two of which were in a very tight location. The quality of the work was excellent. All problems encountered were discussed and due to Andys skill and experience all were all resolved successfully. The result was that all work that was requested was completed and exceeded my expectations. I can personally recommend AGR - Well done and keep up the good work! Will definitely be using again.

Andy completed a bathroom refit and boiler swap out for us, amongst numerous radiator changes. He has a wealth of knowledge about the industry and is passionate about the product he fits/maintains. He worked tirelessly on a few long days to complete the job with minimum 'water' downtime, which was appreciated. He's a likeable and trustworthy chap and we highly recommend him.

I bought a cottage in the Cheltenham area a few months ago and needed to rennovate the bathroom. I was recommended to use Andy at AGR Plumbing by Stu at SJB Carpentry & Joinery. They met with me at the cottage and after listening carefully to my brief and a rather lengthy wish list they advised me accordingly. Andy was the first trade in and from the start he had a schedule of events so I knew what was happening and when. This was so important to me as I am still living in London. I just gave him the keys and let him get on with it and he did, brilliantly. Andy is an excellent plumber and a Perfectionist. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy, interpreted and understood my brief, was responsive to any questions I had. He advised and updated me regularly, he liaised and co ordinated with the other trades on my behalf. He worked hard, efficiently, respectfully, clean, tidy and completed his part of the project seamlessly on time and on budget. My gut feeling when I met Andy was a good one and it was right.

Andy at AGR Plumbing and heating came to help my client with an unexpected burst pipe. (I am also professional) He was friendly and happy to help even though he mentioned he was off due to illness.

Andy is extremely professional with a wealth of knowledge on all aspects of heating and plumbing. We have used Andy for a few jobs now with the latest one being the most challenging.
