Not a customer, because I never got the promised call back. Fixed it myself in the end so probably saved myself a few hundred too.

Very responsive and got an engineer out within a couple of hours of phoning. Very quick to replace a leaking valve and went to great lengths to quickly source the parts to repair the boiler. Came back very early the next day on Christmas Eve to finish the job. Very thorough and professional.

Have rang up on three separate occasions over the course of a month. Each time have given details of the job and phone number no callback on any occasion.
