From first contact response from Jamie has been excellent. Quality of advice and work carried was first-class. Three new high-quality taps fitted, together with an Aquabion water treatment unit (to eliminate calcium carbonate deposits). Highly recommended.

I can't recommend Jamie & his team, Olly & Tom, highly enough. Jamie came round for an evaluation very quickly, and provided a detailed quote the same evening. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and informative, and was able to squeeze us in at relatively short notice (for which we're very grateful!) Jamie and his team worked tirelessly and efficiently and ensured we were left with 1) running cold water at the end of day one, 2) running hot water at the end of day 2, and 3) that everything was finished at the end of day three. We were really impressed with Jamie. He was responsive in setting up the visit and they did a great job of fixing a leak coming from our shower as well as fitting piping ready for our washing machine to be installed with sensible problem solving skills. It was clear that he was highly experienced and we had great confidence in him. Quoting for the work was clear and very fairly priced. We would highly recommend this company to others.

Jamie did a fantastic job of replacing our old gravity-fed heating system with a new combi boiler system after our old water tank split. He initially came out at short notice over the festive period and completed a quick fix on new year's eve with his apprentice Tom. He was able to fit us in a few weeks later to replace the old system, remove the old tanks and cylinder, flush the system, install thermostatic radiator valves and install a new bar shower. He was professional, tidy and good humoured at all times, even when working in the freezing cold! I'll be sure to ring him up next time I need a plumber. Would highly recommend.

Relieved to at last find a good plumber. Obviously busy through demand, though when he came he was very polite and conscientious. Work was carried out in a thorough manner whilst keeping me informed of what he was doing, workmanship was spot on. He even brought his own vacuum cleaner and was spotless when he left.
