Mac Plumbing & Heating

After having no Heating or Hot Water for 2 days we called on Tom to help us out. He was extremely prompt (which is very rare with tradesmen may I add) and was actually say waiting for me when I got home. Within an hour of being there he fixed the problem which was music to my ears. He was very professional, polite and you wont get cheaper rates around here. My bathroom was left exactly how It was before which was great. I will definitely be recommending him to all my friends and family for future emergencies. Thanks so much Tom you're a life saver!!

Tom has just fitted a heated towel rail and put new trim round our bath which wasn't an easy task being an old house with uneven walls. The work was carried out to a very high standard and competitively priced. Will definitely be using him again for any plumbing work and highly reccomend to anyone looking for a quality plumber

Tom is a good lad who arrived promptly and did a great job. Cleaned up after himself and was very respectful. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

Absolutely fantastic. After being let down again and again by other plumbers it was a breath of fresh air to have someone show up when they say they will. Conducted himself really professionally and job was done in budget and on time. Nice one Tom 👍

Replaced my cast iron stack pipe with plastic, but did not replace the lead slate. Now I have a hole in my roof and a birds nest in my fascias.

I rung this man up several times to come and give me a quote, he said he would come on the fri so i waited all day then finally got in touch with him on mmonday, i was late getting home so he said he would come tues 10-11 i waited all day again and no show or phone call

Asks for payment up front then ignores phone calls and messages, leaves you literally high and dry!

Where do I start, paid him in full at start of job as he said he would be done in one day. He did half the job and has never been back to finish that was on 3rd December, won't answer phone and but messages once in a blue moon to tell me how his head is in the bin and has promised to finish the job at least 6 times but to no avail. I've contacted trading standards and they are investigating. Do not use this man.
