AVOID!! Botched shower installation (taps turns the shower on or shower doesn’t work at all). Demanded £300 more because one part delivered was faulty (like that’s the clients fault!). Shower tray not sealed, didn’t finish toilet installation and didn’t even isolate the new shower which is the most basic good practice! Refusing to come back and rectify previous shoddy work! Genuinely appalling experience.
