I have known Richard for many years and he is also a friend of mine. Richard recently help me finish off some bathroom work that needed a 'finishing touch'. Richard has a good eye for detail and is patient and methodic and Im always pleased with the outcome of the work that he does for me. Highly recommended!

Richard happened to be in the area when I called him, to ask for help with repairing the upstairs hot water basin tap at a property in Warwick. The work was carried out promptly and politely and the tap now works like new, with a replacement valve fitted. I wouldn't hesitate to employ this Company again. Excellent service at a sensible price.

I’ve had an issue overnight with my heaters and I’ve rang Richard in the morning, who promptly picked up the call. After seeing my despair with a freezing house and my 2,5 year old, he came just a few hours later and repaired the issue super quickly. I also took the opportunity to enquiry about a tap in the garden that was faulty for ages and it was also quickly fixed. Made an appointment for the next day. Arrived spot on time. Carried supplies of mixer taps to replace our leaking one. Less than an hour later we had a shiny new mixer tap. Would definitely recommend.

I can't recommend Richard highly enough. After several failed attempts at trying to get someone out for some plumbing issues in my bathroom, I came across Adams Heating and Plumbing on Yell. Richard managed to source the parts required and was great at communicating throughout. He set a date and carried out the work to a high standard. I'm relieved to have the issue sorted and can't thank Richardenough for the excellent customer service and all his help.

Richard is a top class plumber and gas engineer, I wouldn't use anyone else. He's serviced a number of boilers for me, and provided really sound advice.

Excellent service from myself contacting Richard to making an appointment to completion of work. Polite, friendly and efficent. I had a dishwaher installed and required second cold feed tap. On assessment, other minor works were needed which Richard showed me and he carried them out. Richard kept the area he was working in clean and tidy throughout. Highly Recommend!
