They charged £150 call out charge, if you have problems with your boiler be warned... DO Not use this unprofessional company. They don’t even answer phone calls Avoiding conflict from customers after they’ve taken your money.

Charged me £125 and didn't fix a thing. Avoid. There is a reason they are not on Check a Trade.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I wish I'd read the reviews before using this company, so hope others read this. I had a leaking pipe, the plumber arrived and told me the pipe needed to be replaced. I then received a call from their head office to take payment up front, which I wasn't happy about but I needed the leek fixed so I had no choice but to make payment of £153. The plumber then wrapped some black sticky tape around the existing pipe to stop it from leaking instead of replacing it. It took him about 10mins to do! I've since been trying to speak to the manager/owner of the business, but he is never available and refuses to call me back! And on top of that their receptionist is rude and unhelpful. I've also requested an invoice for the works and I've received nothing. How can companies like this stay in business with so many unhappy customers.

Terrible - and perhaps serve me right for not paying proper attention. Got away with charging me well over the odds, didn't do a professional job (including near-illegal bits), failed to complete and register the installation. Also uncouth!

Please do not use this company. Was promised that part installed shower will be reinstalled to their very high standard. On the day their plumber said that's not needed. Also asked me if I had sealant tubes or he was going to leave it unfinished without making it water tight. Have found parts not installed properly.
Still waiting for receipt & gurantee promised after 2 days. I have never come across such an unprofessional service.
I would like to hear from other clients who have had similar experience or are still waiting for their receipt & guarantee as I am planning to report them to Fair trading & other agencies for lack of VAT receipt.

Do not trust this company. Charged 1080 pounds did poor job and did not remove cause. That began it all. Keep eyes on them at all times if foolish to hire them.

This is a scam company, DO NOT use them. They charge more than what agreed initially over the phone. Invoice was a joke, one done in paint, a 6 yrs old could do one like that.

Sadly my mum called this company in having found them in the YellowPages. There's a reason they aren't on any websites and there are so few reviews. They are sharks/cowboys. Nothing less. I'm not even sure how anyone finds them as they don't seem to advertise.

They came out twice to fix a shower that wouldn't turn on and then have refused to come back a third time and it's still not fixed. They don't answer the phone. They took payment over the phone by card (which has NEVER happened for all the plumbers I've used over the years) and we're left with no working shower and nearly £300 gone. I wonder how they sleep at night knowing they are fleecing old ladies.
