Chris and Clare and the entire team have been absolutely amazing. They arrive on time, work quickly to assess the problem, they estimate the cost quickly and accurately. The work is turned around in super quick time, no messing around for this hard working crew. To top things off they clean-up after themselves are polite, professional and very proud of the high quality work they produce. If you are looking for a honest company with reasonable rates with people who know what they are doing then GAFF plumbing and Heating is who you need.

Engineer arrived on time and was polite and courteous, even though it was a late call. He worked tirelessly to find fault with my boiler and worked with me to find the best and most economical fix
and advised me on other improvements too.

The office is just as professional and responsive too finding time in the diary to help me if they could.

Great service from Chris and Clare. Chris fitted our boiler nearly 2 years ago and has serviced it twice since. He is always punctual and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend!

Chris and Glenn did a great job – very friendly, professional and great workmanship throughout the week. Regular updated me on progress at lunchtime and the end of the day which was appreciated. Made a point of checking if I had any questions and we checked that everything was working.

We first used Chris for a boiler service and HIVE install, fantastic professional friendly service. Highly recommend, Chris & Clare at GAFF plumbing are great professionals. I had multiple radiators installed, a boiler service & Nest thermostat installed. Workmanship was tidy and high quality. The service was always friendly and will definitely be a returning customer.

Needed a replacement boiler. Chris came & looked at the scope of the work and gave us quotes on three options to choose from. Advised that some work we thought was need wasn't necessary, which saved us money. Boiler and system has been working like a dream, great job. Definitely call on Chris in the future when needed.
