Phoned Steven regarding our boiler repair, prompt reply and visited the same day. On arrival Steven was very professional and followed Covid restrictions. He clearly explained what he felt the issue was and was able to fix the problem quickly and effectively, we now thankfully have a boiler back up and running well thank you to Steven. Would most certainly use again and recommend to anyone looking for a professional boiler repair.

Steve and George moved some water pipes for us. They interpreted our request accurately. They were quick to come out, competitively priced and have excellent workmanship. Would recommend.

No job too big or small.

Called Steve out for emergency as couldn’t turn off bath tap as it got stuck in the fully open position. What to do? Water being wasted. Couldn’t turn off the mains tap either.

Called Steve who was 30 mins away. He came round immediately. Sorted out the mains tap then was able to fix the bath tap.., phew emergency averted.

It only took 30minutes, but I’d been struggling and stressing more than an hour before I called him.

Right tools, right attitude, very prompt and quality job. Very trustworthy too.

As a result of how Steve helped on this small job and didn’t take advantage, I gave him the job to replace my boiler... so great customer service pays off.

Now he’s got my boiler service for the home.
