Alvin has done work for me for a considerable length of time and is always cheerful, efficient, quick to respond and never lets me down. Add to this the fact that he never minds if he has to go out on an emergency whether it disturbs his evening, night or weekend you really couldn't ask for more. I can't recommend him highly enough.

We had a Sunday afternoon blocked sewer crisis - complicated, multiple chambers, not at all obvious where the problem was - but Alvin brought his experience and intelligence to bear and solved it, quickly. What a relief! We would definitely call him again for any services within the company's scope.

After a good start with quick response to my call it went downhill thereafter. I had paid the call-out change but Alvin failed to get back to me quickly, as he promised, to give a quote for a new unit. When it got to the third time he asked me if I wanted to leave and choose a different plumber. I said I just wanted the quote that he had promised. He never got back to me.
