Called yesterday as I had a leak when taking out a washing machine. Costs were going to be around £160 to come out. We got the part from plum base for £1.60 and got it fitted ourselves.

He came out to repair my mums failed boiler after i found him on a google search. He was quick to attend and spent time diagnosing and fixing the issue. He was very professional and followed all COVID regulations. I would highly recommend his services and will be using him again.

Top Plumb tech team is excellent at their job. Very efficient and thorough and gave me all the information I needed. Excellent work, and I would 100% recommend this company. We had him fix our toilet seal, and he also installed our outdoor faucet/tap. His work was perfect!

I was able to reach someone Sunday afternoon and a plumber came out within 2 hours. We showed them the problem, they provided a temporary solution until the needed part was available. Full job was completed Monday morning. Tech did a great job; on time, professional and at a fair price. I would use this business again.

We called this company to help with a leaking shower unit. Since the number was an 01926 number and they give a Warwick address I assumed they were a company local to Warwick. However, it's actually a company called Home Heat U.K. Ltd, who are based in Southend-on-Sea and charge a handsome commission in order to connect you to a local plumber. They charged us £214.80 for the callout and then a further £238.80 when the job took over an hour due to draining the system, so a total of over £450 to take a broken shower unit off the wall and cap off the leaking pipe. I've found out since that the average full day rate for an emergency plumber is £400.

Our plumber arrived two hours after we were told he would, and when he left we realised we had no cold water coming out of the bath tap. Our boiler then came on and immediately started making banging noises and flashing its red warning light. We called the company back and they sent the plumber back to remove the air lock that was causing our bath tap not to work. However, they said the boiler problem was unrelated - the plumber even offered to quote for a new one!!! To clarify, our boiler had worked without any problems for 21 years until the second this chap arrived, and then didn't work again after he left. Just Google "boiler not working after draining system" - it's a common problem and it's simply not reasonable to refuse to investigate given the overwhelming evidence and the fact we had already identified one airlock in the system.

Needless to say my advice to others is AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They are not the local plumbing firm they suggest they are on their website, they charge a small fortune, and they do not accept responsibility for things that go wrong. I would also recommend you check out the two positive reviews for this company and the other businesses reviewed by those people. You can draw your own conclusions.
