My DWH house in Coalville " Stenson Quarters" is leaking from the upstairs bathrooms and into the kitchen ceilings and this shouddy plumbing work was carried out by this company as contractors 4 David Wilson Homes. This is the second time the leak has occured from the same place. House is less than 3 years old .. Avoid using them.

I have found the customer care operatives at this company to be friendly, punctual and professional. I have recently had a faulty tap replaced and could not fault the service provided by the operative in question.

I have a new build property. I have now had two leaks from two different showers in the property. This one has caused damaged to my freshly decorated bedroom below and the company is refusing to pay for damage caused. Surely companies have insurance for this sort if damage. The leak was no fault of our own and the property is just over one year old
