Felt in very safe hands during what turned out to be a difficult job (fixing the botched installation of a wall-mounted tap), and Colin was very transparent about options and costs. Would happily use for any plumbing jobs in future, including bigger kitchen or bathroom projects.

Colin was absolutely wonderful- our hot water stopped working from our megaflo cylinder and he was able to ensure that we had the hot water back after being without it for two weeks . Previous gas engineers were unable to identify the problem but installed a part and charged us for it and still we had no hot water. Colin spent a long time trying to find the root cause of the problem and was able to identify it -which demonstrates his expertise and knowledge. I would highly recommend his services. Friendly and trustworthy.

CW were a joy to work with. The initial job of fixing some leaks, and installing a toilet and washing machine ended up growing due to some shoddy installation by the previous owners, but none of this was an issue to Colin who took it all in his stride - it's clear that he believes if a job's worth doing, it's worth doing well. When extra equipment was needed, it was all discussed so there was no nasty surprises, and even when issues relating to the flat's whole heating system were uncovered, he went the extra mile on doing what was needed to keep us running smoothly. Would 100% recommend, and will use again.
