They cleaned up the whole place and started installing new tankless water heater. They guided us with every work they done which was very helpful to us.

Called and asked for for someone to have a look at my pipes under my sink because the waste water from my washing machine backs up into my sink and wondered if I would be able to divert or bypass it so it doesn't back up my sink anymore. My housemate stayed in to receive him as i had to work. Plumber arrived an hour and half late after the window of 8-12 and his job was listed as sink blockage. Once he unblocked the sink he said his "job was done" over the phone to me even though that was not what I called them out to do originally and refused to look further saying it was "another job" even though that's what i asked for in the first place.

As this seemed to be a miscommunication on the admin end (he had nothing marked down to do with my washing machine backing up into sink). I called them up to see what went wrong and they were adamant that on the phone I had confirmed a drain blockage and that's what they listed the job as. When asked I may have said that the sink was slow to drain after the washing machine backs up but I didn't intend for it to be the one and only job to be addressed especially after describing the situation at length and what I wanted to to achieve.

Essentially I'm out of pocket and my problem not resolved because of a refusal to listen and assigning tasks like a box ticking exercise which got misrepresented as it got passed down.

Avoiding them for next time which ill likely be soon.
