I had an emergency call out as my hot water wasn't working, the response time was quick & the staff were helpful between me calling & the plumber coming out. Had a plumber called Gary & couldn't fault him, he was very polite, friendly & courteous, taking his shoes off every time he entered the property, interacted with my very unhappy 6 month old boy and left everything clean & tidy. A credit to your business, and will definately use your company for other plumbing needs in the future!

These chaps don't take ownership of problems associated with the products and workmanship of the houses they fit. Obviously you don't have a choice who the builders contracted to, but if AM Norris fitted I highly recommend getting in your own independent plumber to check boiler and plumbing installation fully before you complete the purchase.

I have recently has some serious problems with my bath which has propagated enamel chips due to corrosion underneath the rim of the bath.

A review of the installation uncovered some serious concerns over the ‘cost saving’ method of installation where no support is fixed to the wall and no silicone sealant along the bath panel which prevents water tracking underneath the rim. These are all official installation instructions from the bath manufacture Roca which have clearly not been followed.

My house builder sub contracted AM Norris to install my bath and my complaint was forwarded onto them for investigation.

Without even considering visiting my home to review the issue, AM Norris concluded that the issues were due to miss-use.

This is categorically not the case as the damage is propagating without intervention and rust continues to flake off from underneath the rim of the bath.

I seriously advise anyone contracting AM Norris to consider alternatives or thoroughly review their workmanship.

New build house - had nothing but problems with our heating, boiler & water tank.
Pretty annoyed to be having problems from the first winter and to be paying to rectify them..

Thermostat installed and taken back out.. radiators stuck on that can't be adjusted except with pliers... forever losing pressure, Ideal boiler with a different fault every time you look - one of which states a problem with installation... Funny that!
Already had another plumber out to try and fix it.

Useless installation company with mostly awful reviews, so no idea why builders continue to use these ppl.. cheap I guess (the homeowner will foot the bill for their shoddy workmanship instead).

Avoid.

This company originally fitted the solar heating and hot water systems to my house when it was built in 2014. I rang to ask if they could come and service system. Was put through to a voicemail and left a message to ask for a call back No reply for 6 days - I then rang back and got to speak to somebody We don’t look at Solar panels they said Ok was my reply I’d like you to come and service the hot water system that is connected to the solar panels Where are you they asked? Corby I replied Well we charge £48 per hour travel and £48 per hour on site. Fine I said I’ll pay. Then I was put on hold and when the operator returned said sorry we don’t travel that far. I replied well you did to fit the system originally and I’m happy to pay. They then said no we don’t have anyone to do it. Can you recommend anyone to look after something you installed originally I asked. We just tell people to go online they replied 🤷‍♂️ Looking at other reviews this seems like a company whose owners don’t have any pride in their business or what they do so I would think best to avoid and find someone who does care about customers.

Called for them to repair plumbing problems in June, it is now middle of December, still not been fixed. This is a new build property and we were told on signing that faults should be sorted in 2 to 4 weeks.

WARNING - Claim no responsibility for mistakes!
Came for a simple shower door replacement, left after dropping the shower door and damaging two tiles, and denting the bathtub on the way down.
After contacting them, they claimed no damage had occurred, yes that's right, the damage magically appeared after they left and they won't accept it ever happened.
But wait there's photos? Still no accountability. Be warned
The job itself was completed - but the lying about the damage and trying to cover it up has caused this to need to go public so other's aren't also scammed by this.

So I have a new build, they used push fit connectors on the waste pipe from our shower, the pipe was unsupported! So over time the expansion and contraction of the pipe it eventually disconnected itself within the ceiling cavity! The waste water went into my ceiling down the walls and flooded the hallway below & some of it followed the wires & came out of the mains switchbox!

I now need a complete renovation of doorframes, re-plastering of walls and ceiling and new flooring because of the damage this has caused to our house.

In order to fix the issue, we have had to cut holes into the walls & ceilings to find where the pipes fell apart in order to make a repair. Causing yet more damage to the house.

If your going to use cheap push fit connectors and not use solvent welds you need to support the pipes at the very least, so they can't come apart inside the walls.

!!! BIG FAIL !!! Not happy wrecked my new house because of poor sloppy workmanship & negligence its now going to cost a small fortune to repair & re-decorate.

Don't buy a new build if these monkeys have done the plumbing!
