I'd had a couple of plumbers over, who had given me duff information, and who had failed to return to complete the job. Greg was AMAZING! Contacted me soon after I sent a request for help. Arranged a suitable time straight away. Turned up when he said he would. Completed the job in super-quick time to a fabulous standard. Reasonable rates. Would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him, and is definitely now my go-to man for all things plumbing! Thank you Greg!

Sarah called me to set up the appointment, and Greg turned up as promised. He listened to what I thought could be the problem, traced the problem and sorted it out without trying to flesh out the costs.

An excellent professional job. Two leaking toilet overflows & a broken seal, both repaired within the hour & I was talked through the job as it was done. I would highly recommend this company.

Arranged with Greg for his engineer to attend, was let down 15 minutes before he was due after taking a half day off from work. Re arranged but again let down, the reason that was given by Greg was that he has just found out his engineer did not have a valid driving licence

Tom, the plumber from Alexander Plumbing Limited did a fantastic job installing my new toilet. He worked very hard, was so polite, was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. He communicated well with me. He found a very good way of overcoming a problem which the new toilet had with existing water pipe work. My new toilet works very well after the installation. I will use the company again and I highly recommend them. Well done!!!

I honestly can not recommend these guys enough. Courteous and professional, not only did they do a sterling job but they also were incredibly tidy, considerate and communicative. I would 100% use them again and will be recommending my friends to do the same.
