Peter, the plumber and his assistant arrived on time. He was very helpful and courteous and very professional. They were efficient and did a very good job. It was an absolutely joy to deal with them - very customer oriented . Highly recommended and also the company - we need more of this kind of company in London - customer oriented.

The under kitchen cabinet lighting previously fitted by Switched On had failed after less than a year. Engineer Paul explained that this was probably because of condensation in the units due to the proximity of a kettle. I liked Paul's polite and efficient no-nonsense approach to this job which enabled him to visit our home twice within the same call-out fee - firstly to determine the problem and then to replace the lighting units the following day. Paul acted quickly with the interests of the customer in mind - much appreciated.

Ibrahim did an excellent job replacing kitchen tap and installing shower. The job took a lot longer than expected, but he handled things very well and efficiently, and was polite and courteous throughout. I’d definitely recommend Switched On and thanks for your excellent service.

I hired Switched On to help me with my house renovation. They did the electricity rewire, refitted a bathroom and installed new radiators and gas/heating/plumbing/electricity works in the kitchen. Everything went perfectly as I could rely on Switched On to do what they promised with transparent pricing throughout. I was lucky to have Paul W doing the electrics with years of experience showing in everything he did. Paul A did magnificent job in rebuilding and finishing the bathroom. Harry ensured my kitchen design was possible with most water and gas routes changed in the kitchen. The radiator installations were also very tidy. Switched On kept me updated with emails and texts as well as phone calls and James was always available for my questions. Switched On was essential for me to complete my renovation in the timeline I had given myself. Warmly recommend them for larger projects, too.

We had a visit from a gentleman named Guy that came to fix and maintain our boiler. This engineer was punctual, considerate and tidy, efficient, professional, knowledgeable and full of cheer and happiness . He completed the work and his testing in double quick time and caused no fuss or disruption at all . We highly recommend Guy from switched on . First class job. Very well done and thank you.

The engineer was super nice and friendly, and he explained everything to me, from the cause to the fix.
It was very easy to book an appointment and I received reminders and constant updates about it. Payment couldn't have been easier either, and apart from getting the receipt right away, the invoice was sent in a matter of minutes.

Electric works carried out. Arber did an excellent job - extremely polite, careful, quick and diligent. Managed to fish electrics across ceiling where other firms were unable to. Made very little mess and left site extremely clean. Would definitely recommend.

The guys from Switched On London did what I hoped most good trades people should do. That is turn up on time, work really well, kept me informed of what they were doing, talked me through the process, completed the work neatly and efficiently, left our home clean afterwards. There were no hidden extras or costs. I have to say I am very pleased with them and do genuinely recommend them
