Had a toilet and sink replaced and the plumber, Erol, who did the work was very pleasant and professional - and did the work very quickly and efficiently. The company charged interest on my deposit for paying a day after the invoice was issued though, which seemed a bit harsh. Overall, a good service.

It’s our second time using Tailored Plumbing & Heating and once again the team (Erol, Dave and the office staff) have upheld the high level of professionalism and service we previously experienced. We recently moved into a house that had +40 year old boiler and pipework. The team removed the legacy kit, installed a new boiler, unvented cylinder and replaced x5 radiators. The communication was great from beginning to end! I would not hesitate to recommend them. Consistent, punctual, honest and reliable. A pleasure to do business with them.

Erol did a great job servicing and fixing our boiler. In particular, he really took the time to explain what was wrong and was also generally friendly and approachable. Highly recommend!

Came to investigate a blockage. Sucked out the internal pipes but identified problem was outside in drain. So called in another engineer under my insurance. Tailored Plumbing were efficient, prompt and polite as always.

The team at Tailored Plumbing provide an exemplary service. My husband and I cannot recommend them enough. Having come across TP on Trust a Trader some months ago, they are the only plumbing firm we now use (and in our Victorian house we have a lot of plumbing needs!) They’ve cleared blockages for us, replaced our boiler, replaced our radiators and looked at leaks for us. They’re always a delight to have around the house, they’re reliable, trustworthy and nothing is ever too much trouble!

These guys at Tailored Plumbing & Heating (Erol and Dave) are just amazing. I had an old boiler system with cylinder, tanks in the loft, and a complicated pipework that needed replacing. They installed a new combi boiler, scale reducer, shock arrestor, magnetic filter, new pipework and nest thermostat. They were punctual, professional and I would definitely recommend them.

Dave did a fantastic job to install a new toilet and remove the old one in 1h30. I highly recommend this company.
