Daniel S was excellent! He kept me informed regarding his arrival time, really listen to how I wanted the job done and was able to offer creative solutions around our waste disposal installation. He was extremely efficient and very clean in how he worked. As ever, Anderson sent a top professional which is why I come back to them time and again.

Daniel was really helpful in solving a gas leak and leak in the boiler in as efficient a way as possible - trying to help me avoid multiple trips or extra costs. He worked professionally and reliably and I would heartily recommend.

I wanted to thank Andersons for their fantastic customer service and expertise for our annual boiler service. Special mention to Andersons' engineer, Gregg, who was so friendly and humorous, and very efficient and helpful. He was also able to explain certain issues about the boiler to another member of the family over the phone. We really appreciated his excellent customer service skills and warm personality.

Daniel and Charlie did a great job sorting out a hot water problem. They are not the cheapest company to use but you have to pay to get the best. They are very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout and brought in the job under budget.

This was a difficult time for Andersons, as they were awaiting delivery of the tool for clearing our drain blockage and there was a pre-Christmas delay.
However, although the task was challenging, Charlie was determined and took his time until the blockage was cleared. He was friendly and gave good advice on avoiding future blockages. We were very pleased with his service.
For Andersons generally, it would help if they gave a little more attention to customer communication, making it clear whether a plumber will oir will not turn up.

Daniel S has been fantastic in helping me understand more about the water leak coming from my ceiling. He was very responsive, attentive and transparent throughout the whole process which is greatly appreciated!

They brought over two plumbers, one of whom spent the entire day "watching" the leak (sat on his phone doing nothing getting paid £90 per hour) while the other went to find materials. They made a giant mess, realised they couldn't fix it, and charged us just under £2000. I would avoid using them again.
