CV Lane & Son

We had a new bathroom installed by CV Lane & Son. Their service was excellent from start to finish. The workmen kept taking their shoes off when they came into the house which saved our carpets. I was very grateful about that as the dining room one hadn't been laid long. They have fitted a huge water tank in our loft and rather than just plonk it in the middle, they moved it to one side which was more work, but meant we can store our belongings up there easier. The quality of products was first rate. Long lasting deep chrome taps and a really heavy duty shower pump etc. Our bathroom is better than we could have possibly imagined and I can't recommend their service highly enough. We are really pleased and will use them again. Traders you can trust !

I had a new boiler and full central heating installation from CV Lane & Son. The work was carried out promptly and professionally by the CV Lane team; with brilliant communication keeping me updated on their progress at all times. I heartily recommend them.

They installed a new boiler for me 4 years ago and I get them out once a year to service it. Always pleasant to deal with, prices seems fair.

Used them a couple of years ago to carry out Gas Safety Certificate & boiler service. When shower repairs and radiator works required went back to them. After a year of chasing them and after still nothing being done I lost patience and had to cancel the works required. I have never met a company that have messed me about as much as they have. Got fed up with excuse after excuse. Giving one star was the only way to leave a review. They don’t even deserve that.

Boiler not working so no heat or hot water! Phoned Monday and CV Lane arranged for an engineer to come round first thing Tuesday on investigate the problem. Engineer fixed the faulty boiler so very happy with the service provided.

Waited 6 weeks for a quote, after ringing several times still no quote, although was told twice it had been sent out, Johns wife on the telephone was very rude after she hung up on me I rang back to which she was still rude, wouldn't advise anyone to take there business to this company.
