This is the 2nd time I've used Alex after the first good experience. This time was a refurb of a kitchen and bathroom of a rental flat. I live abroad and I was able to describe everything I wanted remotely and had full trust in Alex to carry out the work. Alex is great to deal with. He's very sympathetic to your design but will also politely and gently guide you if he thinks there's a better solution or better material to use. He pays attention to detail and the final results are amazing and cost effective. I highly recommend Alex. If I could give him more than 5 out of 5 I would.

Alex refurbished my shower following a leak from the waste pipe, which entailed removing the shower tray and glass door and panel from the cubicle, repairing the floor under the shower and fitting a new shower tray, glass door and panel. The standard of work was high, showing good attention to detail, care and cleanliness. He came when he said he would, kept me fully informed throughout, completed the work on time and met the estimate that he had given me. I would certainly recommend him.

Riverside Property Solutions did a complete renovation of a large bathroom in a Victorian house. Alex and team did a highly professional job. As well as plumbing, they organised a team of carpenters, tilers, plasterers and electricians. The initial quote spelt out everything in detail. Alex provided advice on choosing the correct fixtures and fittings. When problems occurred, he always rose to the challenge and came up with solutions. Very clear communications at all times. All of the work was done to the highest standard, with meticulous attention to detail. Would not hesitate to use Alex and team in the future.

This is the 4th time we have used Alex and his amazing team and we would not consider using anyone else. Alex is always full of great ideas for designs and is always able to advise on what will and wont work. This really helps with the design. On the job the team work so hard. Firstly in making sure that the house is protected from dust etc and once the team get going with the work, working with you to work out the best way to solve unforeseen issues. No short cuts are ever taken. The bathroom the team have given us is stunning and I really can’t recommend Alex and his team enough.

Installation of 2 new bathrooms. Alex and his team are hugely experienced, hardworking, courteous, professional and skilled. Work was done to schedule and budget, despite unforeseen challenges along the way. Alex provides invaluable advice and has extensive experience, and I was kept informed at every step of the way. Alex and his team tidy up and clean after every day, so inevitable disruption is kept to a minimum. Highly recommend.

Project 2: Design and Refit Kitchen
This was our second job by Alex and team. After very positive experience with our bathroom refit, we had no second thoughts about using their expertise and services to refit our kitchen. As expected, they did a fantastic job. On time, top quality, without cutting any corners, honest guidance and feedback throughout the project right from design, choosing the right fittings and equipments, and very helpful and accomodating with any unforeseen issues during the project. Definitely very happy with both the projects (bathroom and kitchen) and would certainly use them again for future projects.

After reaching out to many builders for our renovation project , we decided to go ahead with Alex which was a best decision.

Alex did a first class job installing new toilet and vanity wash-basin in our bathroom. On a previous occasion, he fitted new kitchen and outdoor taps. Would highly recommend him.
