I had a simple bidet issue that i called Mitcham / Emergency Plumber / Heat Kings to help resolve, and rather than charge me 500 for parts and labor, they helped me to solve this issue in only usd 250. I believe the guy who helped me was Alex, but it really shows how reputable a company is that they not only took time out of their day to help me, but didn't rush out to collect a quick paycheck for something most people can do themselves. 5 stars.
