Besi provided a prompt, efficient service at a reasonable price. The boiler was installed quickly, and the working area cleaned thoroughly afterwards. Instructions were clear and we now have a fully operating boiler - would recommend Plumb London.

Great job taking care of an old blockage which made our garden flood. Second engineer they sent was on point. Customer service needs a bit of work as multiple people got in touch with me for the same issues and I could see that communication was a bit of an issue. Overall a good experience, would use again.

Had a few plumb jobs I needed doing alongside my regular boiler service. Had a fantastic job completed without a fuss. Just left him to it whilst I pottered around doing some jobs of my own.
