We had a leaking tank so contacted a few plumbers. Colin was the only one to offer a free visit to assess what was needed. He gave us a few options and quoted quickly on what we decided. He was very honest, hard working (stay until gone 8pm to ensure we had hot water!) and committed to finishing the job. I'd highly recommend him!

They arrived exactly when they said they would, carried out a central heating repair promptly and thoroughly, were very helpful in answering my queries and were very careful and considerate around the house. They also arranged to do the repairs after very short notice.

Colin was not a local business but he was happy to help us with a complex installation of Megaflow replacing an old indirect system. Despite the complexities, job was completed in a few days over just one week, with minimal disruption to family. He was great in discovering, communicating and solving issues, keeping us updated all the time. A few extra cosmetic bits were done perfectly. A highly recommended family business, glad he will be providing the regular servicing in future.
