Really pleased with the work carried out by WPJ helping us replace our old conventional heating system (which was older than me) to a Combi system, installing a thermostat, power flushing our system and all the relevant Gas safety paper work after.

Process went smoothly from start to finish starting with an online quote, getting a call the same day to arrange a visit, then receiving the final quote shortly after the visit. I love how transparent the quote was so I knew exactly what I was getting and Indy helped with any queries I had.

The engineers were top notch, friendly, knowledgeable and happy to answer any queries we had. They always left the areas of work nice and tidy afterward but most importantly they done the job to a high standard. They showed us how the thermostat operates and made sure everything was working from hot water to heating before they left. They even went the extra mile to help us with our toilet which was affected when it changed to mains pressure.

Overall, wonderful service provided by WPJ, professional throughout and leaving me a very happy customer. Things are working well thus far and I could easily recommend WPJ. Big thanks to Indy, Jordan, Jonah and James for their work.

Professional and efficient company.
I have used other plumbing companies in the past and they have been extremely variable/poor. Unknowlegable. Drag out the time to charge more. Unable to fix problems and the need to call someone else out etc, etc.
WPJ Heating were great. Turned up promptly. Resolved the issue. Charged a fair price for the work done. No complaints. The competition needs to learn from these guys.

I have been impressed with WPJ Heating from start to finish. A competitive quote was arranged immediately after putting a request in. Kevin came to install our new boiler the same week that we accepted the quote, and removed our old one. Very punctual, professional and polite. I have been very impressed and would recommend them to anyone looking to install a Worcester Bosch boiler.

The engineer arrived right on time and quickly worked out what the problem was. He was able to fix it the same day, and took the time to explain to me what he had done. I was very impressed and will use this company again.
