I removed one star only because I booked quite an urgent same-day service first thing in the morning, and only at the end of the work day was told that unfortunately the appointment can't be met. However, the plumber did come first thing the next day, and was very pleasant and professional. Likewise the communication with the office was always clear, informative, and friendly, and I got a text confirming the details after every phone conversation. The eventual fix was done quickly and well.

Awful experience and customer service is useless.
Booked a boiler service for a Thursday and they cancelled the day before saying the engineer had an emergency (for the day after??). Anyway they rescheduled the service for Tuesday between 8-13.
I call at 10 making sure someone will show up. They say yes. At 12 i receive a call saying the engineer called sick and they cancelled AGAIN. Wanted to reschedule but at this point how can you trust them? This is just so unprofessional considering someone had to stay home waiting for the engineer to come.
They could have just told me to find someone else from the start because clearly the company is too big to guarantee good service around London. Don’t waste people time.

Our boiler went down just when it got really cold. We had Plumb London over quickly. Needed a new one, same day offer arrives and three days later a new boiler was installed. Everything quick and easy. Well done

The company responded quickly to a request of annual boiler maintenance and a small repair required, provided estimated costs and booked an engineer visit within the week; the engineers called in advance to notify of their estimated time of arrival, arrived promptly and completed the boiler service. Additionally, we needed a mechanical timer replacing on the boiler, so we were given a quote and a timeline for completion, after which another visit was promptly arranged and attended to. Overall, very happy with responsiveness and professionalism of the company and its engineers.

I needed emergency help with my leaking toilet cistern, and they could accommodate me the same afternoon. About 2 hours later a very friendly chap came in, had a look and diagnosed the problem (the previous installer left the overflow pipe too high, so water leaked from a seam in the tank instead!) and fixed it in about 20 minutes (including a trot to the ban for parts). He explained everything he was doing and answered my questions while working, I was left very satisfied with the service. Very recommended!

Panic occurred when noticing a leaking radiator before going away. Contacted company via Checkatrade and they got in touch asap. Had an engineer out less than 24hrs. They worked around my schedule when it was suitable for me. The engineer was fantastic, explained everything in details and answered any questions. He was quick, clean and very polite.
