The problem was fixed quickly and they just charged me a very reasonable price. They also offer gas engineers and plumbers in case you need them. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Finally, our Ideal boiler broke down and needed to be replaced. It is located on the top floor of our home, and the boiler engineer was excellent. The process of replacing the part went very well, quickly, and painlessly. Even though the office hadn't placed an order for the parts, he nevertheless managed to get them.

Worst client service ever. I booked an appointment, they provide you with a huge 4hour slot where they can come, had to get time off from work and when the technician arrived he couldn’t do the job because he didn’t have a parking permit. Clearly nobody had asked me about it in advance.

This company helped me with my heating probes when it was freezing cold and even made a special trip on a Sunday afternoon to make sure everything was working properly. Highly recommended
