They worked really hard, staying late when needed, and they kept things tidy; they were nice to have around, because they communicated clearly and considerately in a timely fashion, with a smile and, where appropriate, a laugh; and, so far as I’m qualified to judge, they have done an excellent, tidy job. I would certainly use TD Property Maintenance again and am glad to recommend them.

The guys installed my boiler. I have saved on my gas bills and feel more environmentally friendly as i have a green boiler. Very friendly and efficient team. They also do very cheap boiler repairs!!

TDPM installed a mega flow, relocated a boiler, and installed all pipe work throughout the house to new bathrooms. They took great care in identifying and removing redundant pipe work dating back to the 60’s. They were excellent at project managing the implementation, and the on site team were fantastic. Although the house was like a building site, they worked really hard to get us back up and running and were a pleasure to have around. Highly highly recommend.

We had some radiators that were just not getting even warm. Tim and team came round and gave the system a powerflush. Then they balanced the whole system and we now have all the rads working correctly. Very thorough and professional job
