I called LM Plumbers to quote for a boiler replacement. Luke came out the next day to look at my property in Stourport and advised on the best system. He was so helpful and based on the other reviews I'd read, I felt confident they'd do a great job.The engineer Sam who performed the work was very polite and left my property immaculate after the job was compete. I can't recommend this team enough!

Excellent work by LM plumbing. This is the first time that I have used them but everything was excellent including the quotation process, work itself (new 36KW boiler) and several smaller jobs including new shower screen, piping and taps. Very good work by Tom and Sam, with Luke coordinating. All done on time, friendly workers and the house left clean and tidy.

Despite having to wait a few weeks for the correct sized tank, I was kept in touch throughout, the plumber arrived on time and did a clean and professional job. The team is very trustworthy and responsive, and I unhesitatingly recommend LM to anyone needing a plumber in the Worcester area.

LM sent one of their heating engineers, Sam, to carry out a service on our central heating boiler. His work was excellent, clean, tidy, and very thorough. He carried out a much more comprehensive service than previous companies had provided. They also provided me with a full written report. Last but not least it was excellent value for money! I will certainly be using them for my next annual service.

I needed to replace an aging central heating boiler in the cellar with a new combi-boiler in a new location on the first floor. It was a big job with rerouting & upgrading of gas and water pipes that required taking up the floor boards, which in an old Victorian house can be a real pain. However, LM Plumbers completed the job efficiently with minimal disruption, and to an excellent standard of workmanship. The quote was turned around in 24 hours and the job completed and the boiler commissioned on time, with just a two week wait from accepting the quote to starting the job.
