Robbie Hillhouse is a rare gem. Not only did he and his team serach and fix the issue, they also coordinated with an electrician who had to do additional repaits, communicating the whole time to me what the issues are. Considering that I was 10 time zones away this was no mean feat. I will never use anybody else if I can help it. Highly reccomend this company.

A few weeks ago, the macerator unit in my downstairs bathroom started playing up. I called Robbie Hillhouse at Pinnacle Plumbing to see if he could send round someone to fix it. Robbie explained that macerators are hard to repair and that I might have to be prepared to buy a new unit, but before doing that, he would send Jarryd round to have a look at it.

Jarryd arrived promptly that afternoon and spent a while testing the unit. He decided that it might be clogged with scale and so he set off to the builder’s merchants to find some de-scaler. He returned about 90 minutes later, having visited several stores before finding the right product. He emptied the de-scaler into the toilet and left me with instructions not to touch it for at least 2 hours.

I did as I was told and left it overnight. The next morning the toilet worked like a dream.

Thank you Robbie and Jarryd for your swift attention, your expert advice and, most of all, for saving me about £800 on a replacement macerator. I would have no hesitation in recommending Pinnacle Plumbing and Heating to anyone needing a personal, professional and prompt plumbing company.

PS. I forgot to mention that Jarryd also fixed a particularly annoying leaky kitchen tap whilst he was with us. Thank you Jarryd!

Professional and reliable people . I called Robbie in the morning about a faulty flush valve, and by the afternoon Jarryd had replaced it. Jarryd was on time, had the right parts, and carried out the repairs with no fuss. Easy to communicate with and a prompt service. Gavin turned up on time (and at very short notice), to rebalance my radiators and check out the whole system - making sure we were toasty warm for Christmas.
I was delighted with his professional approach, and he just did the job, hoovered and left - assuring me I could contact him again (even tho it was Christmas) and because he was so efficient, it was a very reasonable charge as he had completed the job within 2 hours.
