Personally, I feel they have a disingenuous approach to their work. Proudly claim on their website to have "no call out fee" but actually charge a minimum hourly rate of £110 + VAT for someone to come and have a look and then tell you they need to order a load of parts the next day. I'm sure it's 'standard practice', but it leaves a sour taste in the mouth and makes you think of all those ITV House of Horrors programmes.

A plumber was sent out within two hours of my call for a washing machine leak. A rusty valve and pipe was replaced quickly. The plumber was very polite, efficient and was aware of the covid rules. The price was a little high but well worth it as the job was done and we no longer have a leak and the machine works. Would recommend.

This company was ace, as they promised, we were contacted on the day to tell us when the Plumber would be arriving and he duly arrived in the time window advised, wearing the correct PPE. He was able to fix the issue within the basic quote given. All is well. Thank you will use again if the need arises.
