PH247 Professionals were proactive, professional, and efficient from the initial request throughout the installation! Nathan operated as our plumber. He arrived late on a Sunday night to inspect our water heater, which required a replacement. He returned the following day (a Monday) to install it. His service was outstanding. I spoke to the plumbing manager who was nice person and quickly responded to my questions. He was well known about the plumbing details. Nathan who installed new water heater for our new home. He was excellent plumber. He gave me one year warranty. It was superb experience working with him.

The engineer was really competent and patiently replied all of my concerns so that I could understand everything I needed to know about the water heater. He got me a new water heater that was easy to handle. Also, the price looks fair. I'd contact them again if I had any more plumbing needs.

We had a toilet that was leaking and running and our shower stopped working, which only allowed us to shower. We called this plumbing company to schedule a service appointment to fix it. of all our plumbing problems quickly and at a very reasonable price. We are so grateful and can't wait to have a hot bath! Highly recommended. We will definitely use it again if needed.

We had a cistern leak late yesterday night. My normal go-to was unavailable, so I looked for another 24-hour emergency plumber and discovered PH247. Arrived in 10 mins and fixed the leak. He returned today with components to replace the entire unit, which was long overdue. He's professional, kind, and somewhat speedy. The cost was affordable. Maybe I've found a new favourite. Excellent service. When I had a leak from a broken pipe, they responded out as quickly as they could to seal off the line and then scheduled a return visit just few days later to fix the pipes.  Their completed project is great and quite well; they even cleaned up after themselves; I am incredibly satisfied with everything. Definitely recommended
