Had a positive experience with this company. Previous company had done a lazy job and left us with no hot water by creating a serious air blocdue to not draining the pipes after fitting several new valves. Chiswick Plumbers turned up on short notice, were thorough and patient - identified the issue and resolved it. After days with no hot water we were so grateful. Shout out to Karl who was our plumber that day.

From the initial proposal until the installation's conclusion, this boiler repair firm, Care, provided me with excellent service. Being a family-run business, communicating with the people you need to is simple. No need to deal with third parties or subcontractors. everything promised was delivered on schedule. If you want a service that provides peace of mind and delivers, I would strongly suggest.

The boiler engineer who cleaned up the boiler was really polite, knowledgeable, competent, and clean. Anyone who has had a poor experience should use this company, in my opinion. Request him; he was great. I only have positive things to say.

Attended to complete the annual boiler service but they discovered that the boiler needed spare parts which they didn’t have. They explained the issue and the cost before ordering the required parts. They then came back to fit and complete the service all in the same day. Great service.

This technician has been checking and maintaining the boiler in our apartment for two years and also solves ad hoc problems with the dishwasher. He is friendly, quick to respond, reliable and reasonably priced. We are lucky to have found him. I would not hesitate to recommend.
