So thrilled with this company and can’t recommend enough, we were waiting for British Gas to reinstall a new boiler for 9 days and got fed up. Called IMAA and they came within 30 mins and installed the whole thing 2 days later in one day - a job British Gas told us would take several visits. Very professional and friendly and gave us lots of advice about the house, our gas cooker etc. they saved the day!

Called IMAA Plumbing as an emergency. Leo arrived within the given time frame. He was charming and knew instantly how to fix the problem. He was extremely professional and thorough and did not leave until both he and I were 100% happy. Wished I’d known about this company sooner.

I called IMAA Plumbing about a leaking tap in the kitchen and Leo came out that same day and literally took 15 minutes to fix everything! Very friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

Leo was professional and responsive. He did an emergency leak repair on Sunday evening at very short notice, then returned to do full boiler repair and service two days later in cold spell when much demand for boiler and plumbing services. He did as promised, arrived on time, was polite and easy to communicate with. He explained what he had done and why. Highly recommended.

My boiler stopped working. Leo’s price for a new boiler came out lower than a competitor. He also gave me a better boiler as well as a Hive thermostat!

Additionally, he is a super friendly, nice guy. He responded quickly, got one of colleagues in to do the installation and left my home near and today.
