Paul has been servicing our boilers (replaced the old boiler 3 years ago) for over 12 years. He is polite, friendly and always does a thorough job. Won't have a problem recommending him.

Punctual, professional and efficient. Our radiators were not turning off in response to the controller. Paul quickly identified the problem, installed a replacement part and retested the system to ensure that it was fully functional. Moreover, he kept to the price he quoted after diagnosing the problem. Paul's website also has a clear and efficient online booking system which also clearly details his prices for a boiler service, repair, etc. Thanks Paul, I will definitely be calling you for our annual boiler services in future.

I have found Paul's services through web search when I moved to the area. I decided to go with his services as his online booking service makes things so easy, no need for chasing people over the phone, everyone knows how difficult that can be. He's always on time, polite and friendly, plus he does a great job of the service itself leaving my boiler in top notch condition to face another year. Would strongly recommend!

Our boiler stopped working and we feared the worst. We contacted Paul who came quickly and diagnosed the issue. A faulty timer/programmer. He popped back a day later and replaced it and now all is working perfectly again. Very good service and reasonable pricing.

Excellent service from Paul. He arrived on time and checked out the boiler and radiators. We had booked for him to carry out a powerflush on our radiators, but after checking these out he just rebalanced some of them and advised how to set the TVR’s on certain rads. He could of charged us a lot more for a powerflush that was not needed. Other companies would have carried this out and taken the money and run!
