We recently had an old boilermate replaced with an unvented system, after several quotes we selected SA Hancock based largely on their professionalism and quality of previous work / reviews. We are really pleased with the choice and thrilled with the result.
The team were very careful in their recommendations on replacement options and talked us through their rationale carefully and patiently.
Jack and George were cheerful and hard working throughout the two days they were with us working on the job. We were incredibly impressed with their attention to detail and the diligence taken to install the new pipework and cylinder. My initial contact with the admin staff was friendly and positive. The plumber who then attended to assess the problem arrived within the 'window' given, was both polite and professional in diagnosing the problem and explaining what needed doing to rectify it. He offered to have the parts ordered and I would then hear from the office. This process was promptly followed through and a quote of the full cost of the repair was forwarded to me. I accepted the quote and once the parts were available a date was arranged for the repair to be carried out. Again the plumber assisgned to the job arrived promptly and carried out the repair efficiently and satisfactorily. I will be happy to use this company again.

Contacted SA Hancock Ltd to drain hot and cold from a property. Engineer arrived in the agreed time slot, took time to understand the request and then got on with the job. Property was left clean and whilst the job did take longer it was due to the uniqueness of the plumbing in the property.
