36 Hours on and still waiting for an engineer to call and now found out that he/she couldn't be bothered to turn up. All you get is apologies from telephone staff.....I think the housing associations have made a massive mistake using these COWBOYS for there gas call outs.
Staff do not question how old resident is and got reply from office manager today saying we don't ask every customer!!!! Surely if they know that a housing association call is coming through it would not hurt an extra breathe asking this simple question. When speaking to after hours last night was speaking to a telephone staff member who was a smoking cough episode, not great to hear on the other end of call.

So update, no one turned up Tuesday because guess what van broke down so rebooked for today Friday only to be told that again van broke down. Operator called and gave a great story then because she didn't like my complaint hung up.
Customer sevice manager Kirsty needs retraining her staff and not lie also Mark Hobbs your company is a disgrace.

Terrible! Waited 12 days for a new pump to phone up to find out the repair was written up as finished! Then waited for a return phone call after they got hold of the engineer for nobody to phone back! So I phoned them again to find out the engineer hadn't filled out the report so nobody knew what pump was needed!! Sat here now waiting for another return phone call to find out what is happening

Why do these people never ever turn up when they are supposed to and no-one bothers to let you know? They are always stuck in traffic or on emergency call out :(

Appointment made by L&Q no one turns waited all day phone them to find out they kept saying to me the engineer definitely is coming but no body turned up so angry and disgusted with the response and the service

Booked through P&R to repair a garden wall in February. Initial appointment I waited in all morning and was then told someone had already been and they didn't knock because i was an outside job.

Didn't hear from them again so called a week later and was told they were waiting for L&Q to agree the cost and would then send me an appointment. I called L&Q they had authorised it, so called P&R on my behalf and booked me an April appointment!!

They turned up and couldn't do the job because of rain, waited another 4 weeks of me chasing for another appointment. They turned up in May and started the job and it started to rain, so they left the garden in a mess. It is now June and I have a July appointment for them to come back...watch this space.

P&R send you a letter, you call there office to confirm the appointment.
Then on the day nobody turns up? Then they lie and state that there no answer, which is a lie, I’ve been waiting for this job to be completed from Dec 2018 nearly 6 months of nothing from this company. This is a DISABILITY FLAT home all the time. Nobody rang my electric 🚪

Cowboys. I am disabled and they charged £2,500 to tile a bathroom in a bedsit and put in a cheap shower. Tiling was all over the place and they didn't even use water-proof grouting so it is now cracking. I complained and the same 'tiler' turned up and said it was bad but denied it was him who did it. The boss turned up the next day but refused to rectify the job. Rip-off merchants.

I can’t see how a few people could give this company 5 stars.
They don’t show up when they are supposed to, make you wait in all day with no form of communication, no call, no emails nothing,
Then when you call you are made to feel as if you are inconvenience them yet appointment is booked well in advance.
I wish my housing association didn’t use such a trash company
