Staff do not question how old resident is and got reply from office manager today saying we don't ask every customer!!!! Surely if they know that a housing association call is coming through it would not hurt an extra breathe asking this simple question. When speaking to after hours last night was speaking to a telephone staff member who was a smoking cough episode, not great to hear on the other end of call.

So update, no one turned up Tuesday because guess what van broke down so rebooked for today Friday only to be told that again van broke down. Operator called and gave a great story then because she didn't like my complaint hung up.
Customer sevice manager Kirsty needs retraining her staff and not lie also Mark Hobbs your company is a disgrace.
Didn't hear from them again so called a week later and was told they were waiting for L&Q to agree the cost and would then send me an appointment. I called L&Q they had authorised it, so called P&R on my behalf and booked me an April appointment!!
They turned up and couldn't do the job because of rain, waited another 4 weeks of me chasing for another appointment. They turned up in May and started the job and it started to rain, so they left the garden in a mess. It is now June and I have a July appointment for them to come back...watch this space.
Then on the day nobody turns up? Then they lie and state that there no answer, which is a lie, I’ve been waiting for this job to be completed from Dec 2018 nearly 6 months of nothing from this company. This is a DISABILITY FLAT home all the time. Nobody rang my electric 🚪
Disgusting company terrible service.
They don’t show up when they are supposed to, make you wait in all day with no form of communication, no call, no emails nothing,
Then when you call you are made to feel as if you are inconvenience them yet appointment is booked well in advance.
I wish my housing association didn’t use such a trash company
