The Barnet Plumbers

Had a Boiler problem and some older unsolved plumbing issues.
Jack was sent to us as a subcontractor to an emergency plumber. A very polite guy but too young to be experienced at the first look.
He not only fixed the boiler at the first visit, but also solved our other plumbing issues and it showed that a blocked drain pipe was the course of all our issues, which were not identified by other more experienced previous plumbers.
We sincerely recommend him and wish him the best of luck.

I have been totally impressed by jack and his team at Barnet Plumbers - they give honest advice, they are hard working, trustworthy and Jack will truly go above and beyond to get the job done to a high standard. So far the team have replaced our boiler, fixed our faulty shower and serviced our fireplace and have done a fantastic job all round! Jack and Ash came in as an emergency call out for a broken pump connected to the water heating in my flat. They were super prompt in sorting the leak and putting off the main water supply at 2 am! Thanks for that.
Following which I contacted them in next few days to install a new water heating system which Jack did over next 3 days. Thanks again!
Therafter, is where the problem has been. The off peak switch/connection of the water heater is not functioning. And I have tried contacting Jack and Ash multiple times over last 4 months with no definitive solution. All I get told is they will come and assess the problem in the next 1-2 days and a time is given to me, but no one arrives as promised. I am frustrated trying to get in touch with them and also appalled by their lack of post service care and follow up.
Very disappointed!

Jack and his team are friendly, reliable, trustworthy and dedicated. We came across Barnet Plumbers when we had an emergency leak that needed repairing. The leak was sorted immediately, they effectively repaired the damage and ensured that we were totally happy with the work before they invoiced. We would totally recommend and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Jack is very polite and professional but unfortunately was not able to find nor fix my bathroom leak. Luckily, I found another plumber who was able to locate the problem in a short amount of time and I am working with them to fix the leak. I would like to have to carried on using Barnet Plumbers as they are local but this will not be the case.

Had system flush, heating repairs, new boiler installation and towel rail piping adjustments by Barnet Plumbers. Jack clearly explained every aspect, was unrushed and exceptionally keen to please. A very professional easy to talk guy. No problem too much. Same with colleagues - a great team. High quality work at very competitive prices. Highly recommended.

We had a banging and vibrating bathroom tap this morning and we called Barnet Plumbers. David came at mid-day when he found the tap quiet and nothing wrong. He left without charging us and asked us to phone them if things went wrong again. Will definitely recommend Barnet Plumbers and use their service in future.

We had emergency with water leaking to lower flat from bad cartridge. Jack came and fixed the issue by diverging the water to mitigate issue and then ordered the item and fitted it promptly. He kept us in loop about the parts and took money only when it was fully fixed. Really appreciate the good work.
