I called HP Plumbing to unblock my kitchen drain. The plumber came on time (the morning after I called, as arranged) and fixed the problem quickly. I'd definitely use them again. Great service.

Joe sent his colleague Ryan around who gave me his assessment over the phone for fixing my shower issue. Now its a week - later- I can't get a hold of Joe on messaging or phone call to follow through with a quote. So frustrating to waste my time like this now i need to find someone else.

This is the second time I have used Will i am plumbing and I am very impressed both with the service and quality of work. This second time, I called because of water leak behind a wall, so it was an emergency. And being after hours, I thought it would be very challenging to find someone, but Will worked on getting someone over within the hour. The leak was identified and the broken pipe repaired very quickly. Very professional and thorough work. I highly recommend them for repairs or any other plumbing work.

We have had a broken toilet flush since October (it is now February). We had one visit in January from them and whoever came somehow made the situation worse by making both flushes unusable. So for over a month we've had a constant flow of water from the flush due to their work. We were informed they were waiting for a part but had to constantly chase them for them to visit again. Numerous appointments were made where they didn't show up before this.

Landlord sent Joe to repair boiler, Joe communicated poorly, did not arrive when promised on multiple visits.
When I challenged his appaling time keeping and communication he called to
Justify his behaviour. I hung up and he called more than 10 times after wards which 8 did not take.
