I called to try to get my kitchen tap fixed as it was leaking. I was told an engineer will show up in less than 3 hours . Received a call from the engineer who started asking me about parking space .Engineer did not show up in the end .Did not call back to say he was not going to make it . Called customer service several times. They confirmed that an engineer will call again to confirm ETA.6 hours of my time wasted due to lack of transparency and professionalism i had to cancel in the end.
