Jaime, next working day, came round to quote to supply and install - for my Mum - a new kitchen mixer tap, a pair of bathroom basin taps plus a new bath mixer shower tap unit too. Jaime agreed we could always choose our own fittings and he requoted to only install them all for us too. We did that, so Mum could visit the stores and see all the taps etc. and choose for herself.
After we advised Jaime we had bought everything and he booked us in. Jaime actually contacted me and he managed to install everything 2 days ahead of schedule - which was really great. I thoroughly recommend Jaime, his service was exceptional, he kept us updated and communicated via phone and/or text ASAP. My Mum is so pleased and we will definitely use Jaime if we ever have more plumbing or boiler requirements, he made the whole process so easy and hassle free for us, thank you.

Jaime changed my bathroom, installed a new boiler and flushed all the radiators in the house. Jaime is an excellent plumber, reliable, punctual, professional and very tidy. I will use his company again for any plumbing issues that might arise in the future. Jaime is also very personable and very discreet when working in my house.

We needed a dishwasher re plumbing as the outlet pipes were inadequate and it was affecting our washing machine. I contacted Go to Plumbing because of good reviews but did not know if they would be legit. However Jaimie is really professional and I felt at ease as he was able to tell me a few options to help out. He is on time, reliable and helpful. He tidied up after and made sure we were happy with the work. I would definitely call them again for work in future

James is an execellent and polite plumber . Quick to answer the phone and was available to come over within an hour even on Saturday to help us to sorted out our leaking kitchen tap, because we couldn't wait till Monday .

Jaime was simply amazing in my Timd of need he stepped it and literally saved me. I had a gas pipe leak, he came he gave me all the solution options and told me the advantages and disadvantages of each. Despite the fact that as most trades are booked for days he managed to fix my problem asap. His price was very honest and very good for the amount of work need. Quality wise he was excellent . Would recommend without any doubt . I hope I won’t need him soon but if I do he would be the first person to call for an emergency.

We needed a radiator moved from one wall to another. We found Go-to Plumbing & Heating on CheckaTrade. Jamie was very personable and gave us a fair quote so we went ahead.
Our main concern was damage to floorboards - a previous plumber used a circular saw to cut a board which damaged the boards either side.
Jamie was punctual, did the job without damage and cleaned up after himself. He also gave us some advice about our heating system and boiler.
We would recommend Jamie and use him again.
