Darran came to service my boiler and was professional and also patient when met with a boiler that had been boxed into a kitchen unit. He worked around the issue and provided a great service. All communication ahead of and after the service was swift and clear. Will definitely be using again and was glad to have found him on the Internet.

Only gave 4 stars so far as we've only had a quote for a bathroom refurbishment and David was very professional, polite and punctual. We have a start date of work in a few weeks time so will update review once work is done. Looking forward to seeing our new bathroom come alive.

Darran was on time, spent some time checking the safety and efficiency of my boiler and noted parts that needed replacement. He knew what he was doing, and left me feeling safe for the winter. He was helpful and friendly, explained the deficiencies without bamboozling me and ordered and fitted the necessary replacement parts. His advice seemed sensible and he made me aware of the costs before going ahead. I have no reservations in recommending him, and will call him for any further plumbing needs.

Darran installed a new boiler, got the system up and running again, replaced a central heating valve thingy and fixed two toilet flushers. He is a star - honest, trustworthy and efficient, kept me advised along the way as to what he was doing and why. On time, did a good job, tidied up after himself and gave advise for all my heating and plumbing problems. Thoroughly recommend DB Plumbing, it’s good to know someone you can trust!

Darran arrived on time and immediately knew what the problem was. Replaced the failed isolation valve and inlet valve serving WC cistern. Explained what he was doing and why throughout. Left the area clean and tidy, very professional throughout. Five stars all the way.

When my electric shower unit broke I contacted DB Plumbing. There was very good communication to ensure the correct replacement was provided. Darran arrived promptly at the appointed time; carried out the Instalment of the new unit and left the shower room in a clean and tidy condition. I could not fault the service and have no hesitation in recommending DB Plumbing.

Darran ticks all the boxes in terms of communication, organisation and response times.
Whining pipes within our cold water system probably wasn't the biggest problem that he has had to solve, but the noise was driving us nuts. Consequently, we were very pleased when he diagnosed and fixed the problem of a defective float valve far quicker than expected, and at a cost completely in line with his very reasonable Terms and Conditions.
Most impressed and will be more than happy to use Darran again

Isolated and took out old shower and processor/pump unit. Fitted replacement. Excellent as always, professional, prompt, left work area tidy on finishing. Definitely highly recommend.
