Fantastic service from JR Plumbing and Heating, who have just upgraded our heating system and installed a new external boiler for us. Dan relocated our hot water system from an airing cupboard to the loft space. The job was completed on time and to a high quality. It was a complicated relocation but Dan made sure that everything was working as it should, even staying into the evening and returning at the weekend to do a final check. Dan and his apprentice were friendly, approachable and kept us updated on progress. We would not hesitate to recommend Dan and JR Heating.

We had 4 radiators that had stopped working. They had to have the carpets and floors up upstairs to find and rectify the problem and set aside two days to do it. Everything was completed and left in good order and we now have a fully functioning CH system again, a great job! The two lads were a pleasure to have in the house and worked two long days to get the job completed. Not the first time I've used JR plumbing and if I have any further plumbing work to do, they will be my first call.

If you are looking for a professional service with excellent customer service, look no further. Having endured months of heating and hot water issues we decided to give JR Plumbing a go. Impressed from the start with James coming out to review and discuss our problems. We were kept ticking over by the wonderful Petre until the summer months, when a new boiler was installed. Since then no problems. Big thank you to the office staff who bent over backwards to shuffle workloads and get an engineer to us in emergencies. Its good to know there is somebody on the end of the phone who picks up, helps you and cares. Thank you all.

Used JR on recommendation from a neighbour who had used them a few times. Initially for boiler service, this was carried out by their engineer Peter. He was very thorough & paid attention to detail. He informed me that the electrodes & gasket needed to be replaced & these should be done every 5 years, & fully explained why, which was a surprise for me as BG had fitted the boiler more than 5 years ago and serviced it every year since, until now, & had never informed me of this need! Anyway I arranged a revisit for this to be carried out & again Peter attended & carried out the work, again very proficiently, showing me the old parts. He appeared to be very knowledgeable & competent. In my limited dealing with them the office staff are nice too! Can't see any reason not to use them again, which I will be doing.

JR Plumbing have just completely redone my bathroom. Their work is excellent, customer care is brilliant and they're so good that they'll do some additional work downstairs.

All of the team were great, particularly Nathan who led the job and made a massive contribution.

I highly recommend JR Plumbing , I commissioned a bathroom renovation for my parents in law and the service provided by the JR Plumbing team was excellent. From quote to finish the communication between the team and myself was above expected, the brief was to knock down a wall between toilet and bathroom to provide maximum space for reduced mobility user. Jay overseeing the project made a design change to accommodate this, his idea was spot on.
The works carried out by Gareth (electrics) and Stefan (plastering) is of very high standard, I am thrilled was the new bathroom. Not forgetting a big thank you to Oli for doing a brilliant clean.
