My boiler broke and I had no hot water, my insurance company failed to send someone out to me within 24 hours. So Joseph came to the rescue! Not only did he turn up within a few hours on a bank holiday, he also knew who would be open locally for spare parts! He is reliable, efficient and reasonably priced. Would 100% recommend!

Josef was extremely quick to respond to my issue especially as it was a weekend! He’s a lovely guy, is extremely professional and his work is of extremely high standard. He was very tidy and very considerate of my home surroundings. The bill was extremely reasonable, I would highly recommend and will definitely be using him again!

Had issues with 2 taps leaking outside the building as well as inside. Called Josef who came out and sorted my issues quickly and completely. . Have to say he's a good trades man, polite and put everything back and was very tidy. Thought he'd charges were very reasonable for the work he did.

Joseph replied to my call and agreed to come that same afternoon, which is already a great start as all plumbers I call never want to come for a small job only. I had a leaking toilet just after Christmas. He let me know when he was on his way, he knew what the problem was straight away and suggested ways to improve the plumbing.

Called Joseph on a Saturday night as my downstairs toilet was continuously flushing. He was here within the hour. I managed to stop it and came back the following day with parts on the Sunday and repaired it. Wasn’t ridiculously expensive for a callout over the weekend, and he did everything that I wanted.
