Happy to have relied on Simon for all of our plumbing and gas needs for two years so far.

Since the first call out in 2018, in which Simon took care of an emergency leak at night, to today where he serviced the boiler he replaced last year, he has always been prompt, reliable and happy to help.

Simon has been happy to offer advice when I've had a question and we would be happy to recommend him, as I feel he has our best interests in mind.

I found this company on Google about 4years ago and ever since have used Simon for all my boiler problems - Yearly services and any issues I have with the boiler. Simon made time to help me out when another heating firm had criticized three boilers I have in a tenanted house, causing enormous friction between myself and the tenants. I can honestly say that in my thirty years of owning property Simon provided the best service I have ever had. He did a gas safety check on the three boilers and replaced some parts leaving them all safe and fully working. He was methodical and thorough but what I liked most of all is that he carefully explained everything to me. The tenants were also impressed by Simon and as a result of Simon's visit my relationship with the tenants is now reconciled. Simon is a real "find" and I am lucky he was recommended to me. From now on if I need a plumber / heating engineer Simon will be my first choice.

Callgas were brilliant. We only wanted our gas under hob capped off, which was clearly not worth the time from other local gas engineers I tried to contact. Callgas came out the same day and sorted job within the hour. Will use again for any plumbing or boiler repairs
