An absolutely brilliant, friendly and bubbly service from James! My mother loved him! She was so surprised at how quick he unblocked the pipes without taking the pipes apart (like it would have been done back in the day). Thank you James you’ve made an old lady very happy. James is a pleasure to have in the house as he is polite and respectful. He has excellent communication skills and combined with his professional gas and plumbing skills he is an obvious choice of tradesperson for the job. James came to the house with extra spares for the boiler, he did not fit or charge for what was not required. This is much appreciated by customers and builds a trusting working relationship. I can highly recommend James.

Following a recent power flush, we experienced a few problems with our heating system. Lots of air in the system, boiler making lots of noise, no heat or hot water. I called James at KTGas at 9.30pm on a Sunday night, when it was minus 5 outside. He came within 20 minutes. He was very polite and friendly and made it clear that he would try his best, but may not be able to fix the problems. He was patient, worked through the system, ran from the loft on the 3rd floor to the basement, bled all the radiators, replaced 2 valves, refilled the tank, got the system working and gave the pump a thorough review. Thankfully, we have heat and hot water again.
He called twice the following day to ensure all was in order.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this firm. True expertise, quality work, honest advice. Excellent customer service.

Our heating stopped working on the coldest day of the year so far at -3 degrees! James was amazing!! He was at our house in about half an hour and fixed it in no time. He knows what he is doing and is an absolute gent. Thank you James

We've used James twice now - once to repair my in-laws boiler when it failed over Christmas and again to convert from a system to a combi boiler at our own house, both times he did an amazing job and went above and beyond to get the work done. He clearly takes pride in his work and knows boilers inside out, picking up on some items that others who quoted didn't when quoting to replace our boiler. His prices are extremely reasonable, especially when compared to extortionate quotes we had from other local plumbers who would have missed some key items and delivered a lower quality boiler.

Overall, James is a great guy and brilliant at what he does. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

We called James and then after sending a couple of photos of the burst pipe in our garage, he arrived within an hour (which was very helpful with us having to have turned the water off in the house the night before!). Really friendly, efficient and I wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Called KT on a Saturday afternoon as boiler wouldn't fire up so no heating or hot water. I had been let down by 2 other firms who simply failed to respond. James arrived within 15 minutes, immediately identified the issue and had the house heating back up within 20 minutes. Really couldn't ask or expect anything more. Great service.

We had water pouring through the ceiling and within the hour, James came out and fixed our issue. He was also very calm and helpful when I initially called, advising us how to turn the water off from the mains. I can’t recommend enough if you have a plumbing emergency!
