Cannot recommend Christy Plumbing enough. They removed a broken hot water solar system, and old heating system then replaced it with this lovely new top spec combi. They replaced all rads, installed a new rad and shower system. Amazing team, clean tidy, take pride and it shows! Thank you 5***** always

We use Christy Plumbing and Heating for our regular boiler servicing and for any other plumbing work and have done for a number of years now. They are always very professional and helpful, explaining if requested, how the system works and what needs to be done to keep it in good working order. We feel reassured that they are taking care of our plumbing and heating system.

First time using Christys to replace a radiator but had no inhibitor to put in after draining the system, strange when you know you’ll need it - had to chase 2 weeks later to get them to come back to finish job.
Asked the lovely chap whilst he was here if able to sort leaky toilet, change tap, bath panel, plinth on cupboard and some flooring, assured me it would be fine but never heard back from the office for over a month. When I phoned them first time asking for a quote I was told they had no paperwork, after I phoned a second time I received a quote for changing tap and bath panel only. Emailed if able to do the rest and got no further response from them. Wish they’d said no from the start if didn’t want to do the jobs.

Called as our boiler wasn't working and the house was becoming colder. Got given some advice and gave it a go. Problem solved over the phone and saved us the cost of a callout on a Sunday! Fantastic service and lovely business

I have been trying to book an appointment with these guys for over a month no response or calls - when i finally managed to get hold of them for a service on my boiler they made me wait in the house for over 5 hours and didnt even turn up - When I rang up to re-book i was told by sarah christy that a service of a boiler is too small of a job for them & find someone else to book. Very bad customer service - i'd completly avoid these guys - Plenty of good plumbers around bedford area.

These guys were pain to deal to deal with...first of all getting hold of someone to book an appointments one thing as it took me over a month to get some one to even agree to come around to give me a quote on a new boiler.

The only reason for me to go for these guys were the good reviews now im doubting if these been paid or even there own employess putting them.

The customer service is recieved off them was horrible - half send email, rude telpehone calls, Glad in one way i couldnt manage to get them in the house to do any work.

People of bedford please avoid these type badly run businesses
